(hereinafter "Corvexalioran", "we", or "the Company"), with registered address at Av. del Libertador 6250, Floor 12, Office B, C1428ARV, City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic, we are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our users in accordance with Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and its Regulatory Decree No. 1558/2001, as well as the provisions of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Data we collect
We collect data that you voluntarily provide when completing forms on our site: full name, email address, and the content of the message you send us. We do not collect sensitive data as defined in Article 2 of Law No. 25,326. Additionally, our site may automatically collect browsing data through cookies and similar technologies, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, and traffic source.
2. Purpose of processing
Personal data collected is used exclusively for: (a) responding to your inquiries and information requests; (b) sending you communications related to our real estate crowdlending services, provided you have given your consent; (c) improving the functionality and browsing experience of our website; (d) complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations in the Argentine Republic.
3. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your data is based on your free, express, and informed consent when completing our forms, in accordance with Article 5 of Law No. 25,326. For browsing data collected through analytical and advertising cookies, processing is based on your consent given through our cookie banner, implemented in accordance with Google Consent Mode v2.
4. Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share data with: (a) technology service providers who act as data processors under confidentiality agreements (such as web hosting and analytics services); (b) public authorities when there is a legal obligation or founded judicial requirement; (c) Google LLC, within the framework of Google Analytics and Google Ads services, subject to Consent Mode v2 settings and the preferences you have established.
5. Your rights as a data subject
In accordance with Law No. 25,326 and complementary regulations, you have the right to: (a) access your personal data stored by us free of charge, at intervals of no less than six months (Article 14); (b) request the rectification, updating, or deletion of your data when it is inaccurate, incomplete, or is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected (Article 16); (c) revoke your consent at any time. 6. Data security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including data encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), role-based access controls, and periodic security reviews. However, no transmission or storage system is completely infallible.
7. Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or while a legal retention obligation exists. Once data is no longer necessary, we will proceed with its secure deletion or anonymization.
8. International transfers
Certain service providers we use may store data outside the Argentine Republic. In such cases, we ensure that these transfers comply with the requirements established by Law No. 25,326 and that the destination countries offer an adequate level of personal data protection, in accordance with the provisions of the AAIP.
